DURATION FOR A SESSION?
Our services are pegged at ONE HOUR per session. However, depending on availability, a client may book 2 continuous sessions. Thanks
CAN I HAVE ONLINE SESSIONS?
YES! ABSOLUTELY YES! Our services are 100% online which makes it easy and cheaper compared to having to travel to the office. This makes it easier wherever you are around the world. We however ensure that our online services are as effective as in-person. Your Counselor is always in time for every session. Thanks
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN A SESSION?
Depending on the case at hand, we allow up to 5 people in a session. In this case, some terms and conditions will have to be agreed on.
FEES AND PAYMENT PLANS?
We currently have a flat rate booking fee for PRELIMINARY APPOINTMENTS.Charges for various services we offer varies from service to another. This is why we do preliminary sessions to enable the office and client assess and know what services are needed and at what cost. We however make sure to give very affordable rates.Payment plans also differ from service to service. Some are done on one term plan, session based, weekly based, monthly based, etc.Please contact us for the best arrangement for you.
CAN I DO SESSIONS ALONE?
SURE! You can do sessions alone for personal development, emotional support, anger Management, depression, business Consultancy, etc. Even in relationship or marriage, you can take personal sessions to know your way forward or equip you to function better.
